Invite your team

Owners and admins can invite people to join their company on Dristi.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Team in the menu.
  2. Enter the person's email address.
  3. Choose Technician or Admin. See Roles and permissions.
  4. Click Send invitation.

They'll receive an email with a link. The link works once and expires after 7 days.

If the invitation doesn't arrive

  • Ask them to check their spam folder.
  • Make sure the email address is spelt correctly. If it isn't, click Cancel invitation and send a new one.

Seats

Each person on your team uses one seat, and so does each invitation that hasn't been accepted yet. The Team page shows how many seats you're using. If they're all in use, upgrade your plan or remove someone who no longer needs access.

Removing someone

On the Team page, click Remove next to their name. They lose access straight away. The company owner can't be removed.
