Getting started with Dristi

Dristi lets your team see and control a customer's computer to fix problems. This guide gets your company set up.

1. Create your company account

Go to Start free trial on the Dristi website and enter your company name, your name, your work email and a password. You become the owner of the account, and your 14-day free trial starts straight away. No card is needed.

2. Invite your technicians

Open Team in the menu on the left, enter a colleague's email and choose their role. They'll get an email with a link to join. See Invite your team.

3. Get ready for your first session

Remote sessions are in development. When they're ready, your customer will download the Dristi app, read you a 9-digit code, and you'll enter it on your dashboard to connect.
